CRISIL is hiring for the role of PMO!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Help senior management and business partners in defining project scope, objectives, and governance
• Define key performance parameters and create regular variance reports to track progress
• Development of policies and procedures, risk assessments, control frameworks, operating models, and optimization of processes
• Schedule and facilitate project review meetings to update the status
• Escalate complex issues and decisions to senior-level PMO colleagues
• Identify and make recommendations for improvement to existing processes and procedures
• Identifies program risks, performs probability and impact analysis, determines responses to risks, tracks risks, and executes responses as needed
• Update knowledge on current developments in the Risk, statutory Quality fraternity

Requirements:

• 2 - 5 years of Project management experience in a financial services environment and/or experience involved in projects from the business perspective. knowledge of enterprise risk and regulations will be highly desirable.
• High level of organizing, documenting, record-keeping, and publishing skills.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
• Experience using MS Project, MS Office, and MS Visio
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills in interactions with various internal business partners across different seniority levels
• Experience working for a large, international corporation and comfortable working in a complex matrix organization.
• Experience partnering with other project stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate project impacts.
• A results-oriented outlook with the ability to prioritize and deliver key initiatives.
• PMP, PMO Certification PRINCE2 Practitioner, or other Project Management Certifications.
