Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create, run, and maintain performance, load, and stress test scenarios using industry-standard tools to simulate real-world user conditions.
• Interpret test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend performance improvements to development and infrastructure teams.
• Work with development and QA teams to embed performance testing across project phases, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to set up and maintain test environments that reflect production conditions.
• Generate performance reports and dashboards, translating technical findings into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define performance criteria and provide guidance on best practices in performance testing.
• Investigate and diagnose performance issues, escalating risks, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar).
• Solid knowledge of QA technologies and frameworks (e.g., Playwright, UFT, test automation in TypeScript or other object-oriented languages).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, DevOps practices).
• Experience in building and maintaining performance dashboards and KPIs, with the ability to translate technical results into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, analyze complex performance issues, and provide clear, actionable insights.
