Goldman Sachs is hiring for the role of Platform Solutions - Quality Assurance Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct quality evaluations on high-risk processes and customer interactions
• Perform process and customer interaction evaluations to ensure adherence to compliance, procedural, and customer experience standards
• Identify root causes of quality issues discovered through the evaluation process and present recommendations for improvement
• Monitor day-to-day operational activities to ensure alignment with business policies and procedures
• Collaborate with business partners and facilitate meetings to discuss findings and remediation steps

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Passion for attention to detail and problem-solving 
• Results and delivery-oriented, as indicated by progressively seeking out larger responsibilities
• Familiarity with banking regulations such as Reg P, UDAAP, and a general understanding of credit card functionality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities 
• Experience with interacting with all levels of an organization
