Platform Engineering Professional - Javabackend Job in Bangalore at BT Group

BT Group is hiring for the role of Platform Engineering Professional -Javabackend!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Designing and developing Machine learning algorithms.
• Having the capability to run POCs within the team and prove how business problems can be solved using AI/ML principles.
• Using exploratory analysis methodologies to identify patterns and trends to use with the right statistical methods (clustering, PCA, regression, significance testing). You’ll also be happy in the world of machine learning, data mining, and algorithm development to seek out new insight.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science (Engineering) or any other relevant field
• Have at least 3+ years of experience in end-to-end machine learning deployments and maintenance of deployed solutions
• Excellent understanding and use of analytical technologies, concepts & tools
• Worked on various data file formats (parquet)
• Experience in data analysis, data exploitation, feature engineering, and data visualization
• Built ML models and scaled them to production
• Visualization language experience: Tableau, HTML, CSS
• Experience in data analysis tools such as R and Python
• Able to explain difficult concepts to a variety of audiences and to ensure that the meaning is understood
• Knowledge of Hadoop architecture and its components is desirable such as Spark, Hive, HDFS, Kafka
