Plant Operations & Maintenance Manager Job in Aurangabad at Bajaj Auto Limited

Bajaj Auto is hiring for the role of Plant Operations & Maintenance Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to electrical rules and MIDC water bill etc.
• Ensure implementation of EMS and OHSMS systems in own work area.
• Monitor energy consumption (power, water, fuel, etc) and action for reduction of the same in the plant.
• Monitor AMC services in their own work area and their utilization.
• Ensure the availability of all related spare parts of the equipment used in the work area.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of electrical distribution systems and practices.
• Know how to conduct energy Audits and suggest corrective actions.
• Know all legal requirements related to electricity rules and regulations to be implemented in the Automobile / Engineering industry.
• Added Experience in EHV substation installation, operations and testing, and safe working practices.
• Thorough knowledge about various Personal Protective Equipment related to electricity.
• Should have exposure to work in cross-functional team activities.
• Possess good communication, negotiation & computer skills.
• Should have an innovative approach for making improvements in related subjects,  including new technology in the field.
• Should be achievement-oriented and possess leadership qualities.
• Knowledge of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 systems is essential...
• Also, Experience in Hazard identification in the electrical system.
• Should possess the requisite knowledge of mechanical utilities like compressors, Chillers, RO plants, Water treatment plant, ETP/STP etc.
• Possess working knowledge about SAP system used for above area.
