Plant Maintenance Engineer Job in Aurangabad at Varroc

Varroc is hiring for the role of Plant Maintenance Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Following the preventive maintenance as per the annual plan
• Analyzing the previous history of equipment before taking it to PM
• Doing a manual inspection of machines & equipment as per the Preventive Maintenance check sheet on a daily & weekly basis
• Restoring the defective parts & removing the abnormalities & taking corrective measures proactively
• Taking trail of equipment to ensure normal functioning of the equipment & handing it over to production
• Following and updating the TBM calendar
• Inspecting the machine equipment spare parts from time to time as per the TBM calendar
• Verifying the equipment and spare parts as per shelf life to analyze its condition
• Doing condition-based maintenance to increase the life of the equipment & continuously monitoring the equipment.
• Maintaining predictive maintenance/activity report
• Conducting quarterly preventive maintenance to avoid future breakdown

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Systems (5S, TPM, IATF)
• Experience in handling Preventive, breakdown, and predictive Maintenance
• Knowledge of Machine, Furnace, press, robot, Induction, utility & related equipment
• Knowledge of programming in case of IoT initiatives as applicable
• Problem-Solving
