Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-4 years of work experience.
• Proven experience in cost analysis within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing processes is preferred.
