Puma is hiring for the role of Planning & Trading Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• In-season Trading & Analysis - responsible for ensuring the availability of the right stock at the right place at the right time thereby enabling sales achievement.
• Collaborate with VM & Retail Operations to ensure the seasonal rollout is aligned and implemented.
• To ensure incoming new season stock to be launched is sent to respective doors promptly as per plan.
• To execute accurate replenishment and to ensure stock holding is healthy at an SKU level to avoid lost sales opportunities.
• To manage RTV to warehouse & stock consolidation in between stores to reduce slow-moving merchandise and improve the store assortment.
• To work closely with the buying team and ensure buys are placed at the right pockets as per requirement forecasted/strategic inputs.
• Responsible for Pricing and Promotion setup, ensuring delivery of planned Net sales, markdown %, GP%, and MGP.
• Drive weekly, and monthly reporting and analysis and present the same in sales review. Drive actions to achieve targets.
• Constantly aim to improve the efficiency of replenishment, and allocation, and prune the tool inputs to achieve the ideal SKU level inventory state.

Requirements:

• Graduate from a reputed institute.
• Experience of 1-2 years in Retail Planning/Trading.
• Excellent writing, presentation, communication, and organization skills.
• Experience with Excel is a must.
• Analytical and Numerical skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work based on business importance.
• Willingness to learn new technology/tools as required by business.
