Concentrix is hiring for the role of Planning & Scheduling Associate!
Responsiblities of the Candidate:
- Responsible for preparing daily, weekly and monthly client/internal reports
- Preparing weekly performance/KPI reports and maintaining performance dashboards
- Preparing ad-hoc reports & analyses for management reporting and needs
- Assisting in automating reports by designing macros
- Preparing Monthly performance data for incentives for operations
- Extracting data and uploading data from the client system to the CNX side
- Capacity Planning and Scheduling for the process
- Maintaining and updating trackers for ongoing programs & projects
- Optimizing the use of tools/technology & to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization
- Supporting key strategic projects involving data mining & analytics
- Highlighting data abnormalities that one may spot in the dataset beforehand
- Resolving escalated issues and requests from the account management
Requirements:
- Team player with a willingness to learn and drive to achieve.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Skill to automate reports (preferred)
- Ability to identify, correct and highlight errors
- Ability to handle pressure situations
- Ability to identify, correct and highlight errors
- Ability to simplify complex operations into repeatable processes
- Educational qualification: Graduate in any discipline
