Planning & Operations Manager (Mumbai) Job in Mumbai at Disney+ Hotstar

Disney+ Hotstar is hiring for the role of Planning & Operations Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Owning monthly demand planning across brands and TGs to ensure revenue maximization while delivering against pre-defined KPIs
• Ensuring campaign readiness for deployment with Agency, Sales Ops, and CSM
• Managing revenue delivery and budget spend, OTRs, including daily optimization and providing actionable targeting recommendations for improving performance
• Owning monthly reconciliations, reporting and post-evaluations
• Overseeing measurement setups, tracking, and results delivery
• Working closely with the Engagement Managers/Vertical Heads, in tandem with the PRS, CSM, and Sales Ops Teams

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Operations Management/Client Servicing teams at Agency/Publisher
• Preferred Experience in client-facing role
• Basic Knowledge of Digital Media and Planning
• Proficiency in MS Office; especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques - Tableau, Data Studio, Power BI
• Experience in creating reports and dashboards
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
