Mace is hiring for Planning Assistant role!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Contributes to plans taking full cognisance of logistics/site project constraints.
• Interfaces constructively with project team.
• Contributes to the production of the weekly progress report to the project team.
• Understands functional obligations under form of contract.
• Reviews and captures productivity to measure progress.
• Communicates effectively with the client and stakeholders. 
• Supports sustainable design and procurement process within integrated programmes.
• Supports health and safety through programme integration.
• Establishes and oversees project work plan and deadlines.
• Undertakes tasks required to fulfil the requirements of the project/assignment. 
• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil.
• Experience of projects of a similar nature.
• RICS/NICMAR professionals are preferable.
