ExxonMobil is hiring for the role of Planning Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Planning & Stewardship activities for all sites of EM
- Generate insights on EM performance and how to reduce cost
- Conducts detailed research and analysis for business VP reporting and storytelling
- Assist in defining the EM value proposition
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/master’s degree in engineering, preferably chemical, with a Minimum of 70 %
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business analytics with strong data & tool knowledge
- Hands-on experience with the latest analytical tools eg, Tableau, Power BI, PowerPivot
- Have a high commercial drive to apply analysis to business results
- Be able to demonstrate strong numerical and analytical skills
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate in a clear, concise and engaging manner, enabling questioning of analysis and encouraging debate
- Be able to showcase initiative, tenacity and drive for continuous improvement
- SAP Knowledge would be a plus
