About this Job
1. Operations Associate
- Coordinate day-to-day internal processes
- Support logistics for training, onboarding, and reporting
- Manage CRM data, handle student queries, and ensure smooth execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows
2. Marketing Associate (B2B)
- Plan and execute B2B campaigns
- Develop email sequences, case studies, and outreach content
- Use tools like LinkedIn, and analytics platforms
- Assist in brand building and lead nurturing
3. Business Development Associate (BDA)
- Lead generation, outreach, and client acquisition
- Pitching solutions and managing sales pipeline
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Collaboration with marketing/product team
4. Lead Generation Specialist (LGS)
- Identify leads via LinkedIn, email, CRM, etc.
- Execute lead generation campaigns
- Collaborate with sales team and track conversions
- Analyze campaign effectiveness
5. Post-Sales Executive
- Onboard new clients post-deal closure
- Provide support and training to ensure satisfaction
- Manage renewals, upsell opportunities, and client success metrics
- Act as a bridge between customer needs and internal teams
Job Structure
- Stipend (During 3 Probation): ₹16000 -18000/month
