Placement Officer - Campus Placement (TPO) Job in Ghaziabad at Brain Mentors

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a single point of contact for our corporate partners and build strong client relations with industries/organizations for internships and full-time job opportunities
• Identify, manage and grow a portfolio of strategic hiring partners to provide trained resources
• Build and maintain relationships with corporates to understand their hiring requirements and expectations of learners
• Plan and engage with corporates for campus recruitments, industry mentorship programs, etc.
• Document corporate tie-ups/ MoUs
• Maintain a sufficient number of jobs and vacancies in the assigned domain (e.g. Web Development , Data Science/Analytics, Mobile Development etc)
• Ensure better brand visibility and recall through timely visits to clients

Requirements:

• Experience in Edu-Tech, Staffing & recruitment Industry, or University/ Campus recruitment
• Strong industry connections and demonstrated expertise in handling corporate relations and campus placements in Tech Domain (Data Science or Software)
• Ability to monitor and capitalize on emerging trends in different sectors/industries
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, & Excel) and Google Docs
• Must Have Corporate Relations
