Testbook is hiring for the role of Placement Head!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Source companies for placement of certified students by promoting the course and/or student profiles
- Source companies for opportunities for students undertaking the course
- Understand the reasons for non-placement and work with the student training officer for the same
- Collect & send all shortlisted student profiles to the companies
- Do constant follow-ups with the HRM of companies to get feedback on shortlisted profiles we sent to them
- Prepare placement report Including all details of openings & other details
- Make a list of placed candidates & collect photos & other details from them
- Answer to placement queries of the students in a polite manner
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Corporate Relations or Training and Placement
- Excellent communication, networking & negotiation skills
- A passion to impact Online Learning and thus shape Education in India
- Hustle and get things done attitude
