Placement Executive Job in Thane at Itvedant Education

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and build relationships with potential employers, including companies, organizations, and industries relevant to the job seekers' skills and qualifications.
• Actively promote the services and benefits of the placement program to employers, encouraging their participation in the recruitment process.
• Assist students and job seekers with career counseling, resume writing, interview preparation, and other aspects of the job search process.
• Conduct assessments to understand individual career aspirations and skill sets, guiding them towards suitable employment opportunities.
• Plan and organize job fairs, career expos, and other placement events to connect employers with candidates.
• Coordinate logistics, marketing, and outreach efforts to attract a diverse range of employers and job seekers.
• Liaise with employers and candidates to schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities.
• Facilitate communication between employers and candidates during the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of job placements, including candidate profiles, interview outcomes, and job offers.
• Prepare regular reports on placement activities and outcomes for management and stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with alumni to understand their career progression and provide opportunities for networking and mentorship.
• Leverage alumni networks to facilitate job referrals and placements.
• Collect feedback from employers regarding candidates' performance and suitability for various roles.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and employer requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employers, candidates, and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes, career development, and job market dynamics.
• Proficiency in using computer software, including databases, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
• Empathy and a customer-focused approach to understand candidates' needs and aspirations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with various departments and stakeholders.
• Ethical conduct and discretion in handling sensitive candidate and employer information.
