MyCaptain is hiring for the role of Placement Coordinator!
Responsibilities of the candidate:
- Internal CRM Management: Utilize the platform to maintain mentee records. Update and maintain accurate mentee profiles, including their progress, stage updates, and achievements. Ensure data integrity and timely updates on the platform.
- Interview Scheduling and Preparation: Collaborate with mentors and employers to schedule interviews for mentees.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to mentees to enhance their interview skills.
- Prepare mentees for interviews by offering guidance on resume preparation, and interview etiquette.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, BBA ,B.com or any field.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intent to use the platform or a willingness to learn CRM.
