Fidelity International is hiring for the role of PI & Advisory Operations Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Set-up and maintenance of client accounts.
- Maintenance of client details (e.g. name, address and bank details).
- Deletion of client information.
- Completion of data cleansing activities to adhere to data accuracy and consistency requirements.
- Ensure that quality and productivity standards are adhered to.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English
- Good numeracy and attention to detail
- Process and continuous process improvement knowledge

- High level of quality assurance and risk awareness
