Physical Access Control System – Support Analyst Job in Chennai at Movate

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• An Access Control Technician is responsible for installing and maintaining physical security systems such as Access control systems, Access controller configurations, CCTV cameras, and other security equipment.
• Familiar with Building Management system and concepts.
• Working on various products on BMS like Kantech
• Assists in identifying and resolving issues with access control software by working with vendors and internal departments to update and troubleshoot software, and escalates issues as needed.
• Identifies issues and responds to outages, equipment failures, breakages, etc. Works with vendors to determine and implement solutions.
• Extensive knowledge with Biometrics and access card system
• Shall perform a diagnostics analysis of equipment failures and restore. Repair to damaged, faulty, or offline components and restoration 
• Develop a Preventative Maintenance Inspection (PMI) strategy and document it in a plan.
• Solid understanding and use of Microsoft Office suits.
• Documentation skill to capture the design and architecture of the existing systems.
