Aditya Birla Group is hiring for the role of PF Corp Presentation & Analysis Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Verify the data for consolidation and preparation of Quantitative information for cost audit and other statutory purposes.
• Prepare Plantwise and zone-wise Capacity utilization on a quarterly and YTD basis, comparison with Budget and last year's data.
• Prepare consolidated Manpower data on a Quarterly basis and support Officer Accounts for reconciliation with HR input.
• Consolidate quarterly statements for easy reference purposes for Board Presentations and Investor meetings.
• Coordinate MIS information with Corporate Accounts for reporting purposes.
• Validate data from various functions and prepare consolidated reports for CMIS KPI data for submission for upload in the PORTAL.
• Prepare and provide the KPI data for upload in TABLAEU immediately after the Board Meeting and validation of the uploaded information.
• Prepare month-wise plant plant-wise TPP and WHRS operational performance and highlight the reasons for variances.
• Prepare monthly and YTD plant-wise and zone-wise Manufacturing KPI charts based on key operational parameters for presenting plant performance with Trend Analysis.
• Prepare analysis on an ad hoc basis based on requirements.
• Prepare Peers company Key parameters summary based on the Annual report.
• Prepare plant-wise budgeted and Actual FLOP working for Insurance.
• Support MIS team in Annual Budget phasing activity.
• Prepare cost analysis of Plantwise Variable cost and Fixed Cost with reasons for variances as compared to last month, budget, and Flash. To get clarification from plants wherever necessary for reporting purposes.
