DBS Banker Ltd is hiring for the role of Personal Banker!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Generating new customer leads for Current Accounts through various channels.
- Identifying sales prospects and conducting business development activities in the geography assigned Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business.
- Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and services.
- Cross-selling assets and fee products.
- Following the various internal guidelines and procedures of the bank.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through regular engagement.
- Resolving customer queries/issues and facilitating customer service.
- Maintaining periodic status reports, including daily activity reports and calls/follow-ups made.
