Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Personal Banker - Outbound to lead business development efforts at the branch level.
• The role involves acquiring new customers and driving sales of retail liabilities and third-party products.
• The ideal candidate will be energetic, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while achieving business targets.
• Achieve business objectives for retail liabilities sales at the branch, meeting value, volume, and productivity metrics
• Generate revenue through the sale of CASA, cross-sell products, and third-party offerings like insurance
• Source high-value CASA customers and build comprehensive family banking relationships
• Acquire new-to-bank customers through personal efforts and acquisition channels
• Contact a minimum of 20 customers daily and meet at least 4 customers/prospects per day
• Upgrade customers from lower product categories to premium offerings
