Dream Sports is hiring for the role of Personal Assistant (CEO's Office)!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Managing all aspects of the CEO's personal end-to-end travel (including flights, private charters, hotels, visas, and ground transportation).
- Managing internal projects and running daily tasks which includes coordination with internal teams, house operations and staff, clients & external stakeholders.
- Managing end-to-end calendars of the CEO.
- Assisting other team members in managing the operations of the CEO’s Office.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably working with HNIs or in tech startups.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Decent knowledge of handling software and Google Suite.
- Prior administrative experience.
