Performance System Testing Job in Bangalore at Nutanix

Nutanix is hiring for the role of Performance System Tester!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintain a performance test automation tool framework.
• Define monitoring and Logging strategy and implement in the framework and enable ease of debugging.
• Understand business use cases and Identify load and scale testing scenarios.
• Prepare scripts and executions using scripting tools (Locust, JMeter).
• Test API and UI performance of new or updated APIs/UI in the release cycle.
• Build and configure test systems and environments.
• Designs and maintains tools for reporting on performance metrics. (InfluxDB, Grafana)
• Develops and maintains CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins.
• Report Performance measuring metrics on time with due diligence.

Requirements:

• You have experience with performance testing & Load testing on any platform.
• You have an overall 2-4 years’ experience with relevant hands-on work experience in load, capacity and stress testing web applications.
• Experience with tuning, testing, benchmarking and troubleshooting software configurations and an understanding of multi-tiered/Service Oriented architectures and how each component/layer affects performance
• Experience with using Locust/JMeter for performance testing with experience in Web/HTTP.
• Excellent understanding of programming languages such as Python.
• You have Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Software Engineering / Information Technology /MCA.
• Good interpersonal communication and team skills required to operate as a contributing member of teams that deliver quality services.
