ICON plc is hiring for the position of Performance & Reward Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Being part of the Performance and Reward CoE,‘Center of Excellence’, working with CoE colleagues in Europe and the US supporting diverse and exciting Global HR reward programs and projects.
- Leading organization with over 40,000 employees across 50+ countries as we partner with the key stakeholders to resolve reward issues using strategic approaches while leveraging technology wherever possible.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience as a reward/compensation analyst with a solid understanding of reward practices.
- Should have experience in compensation analysis, compensation planning, compensation benchmarking, survey submission, and job evaluation.
- Knowledge of advanced Excel.
- Good analytical skills & have an eye for detail.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint presentation.
