AiDash is hiring for the role of Performance Marketing Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Optimize and Run Paid Campaigns:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google AdWords, LinkedIn, and Meta/Instagram Ads. 
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI and achieve business objectives. 
  • PreformB2B Marketing Plan:
    • Leverage extensive B2B marketing experience to tailor advertising strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive business results. 
    • Understand the unique challenges and opportunities associated with B2B marketing and adjust strategies accordingly. 
  • Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
    • Design and implement ABM strategies to target key accounts, working closely with management/Sr. to align advertising efforts with their business objectives. 
    • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between advertising campaigns and account-specific goals.
  • Implement A/B Testing:
    • Conduct A/B testing on various ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to identify and implement performance improvements. 
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on A/B testing results to enhance campaign effectiveness. 
  • Stay Updated about Industry Trends:
    • Collaborate with the internal team to develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals. 
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms to recommend innovative strategies. 
  • Manage Ads Budget:
    • Manage and optimize advertising budgets to achieve maximum efficiency and results. 
    • Provide regular budget reports and forecasting to support strategic decision-making. 
  • Prepare Weekly/Monthly Analytics Reporting:
    • Utilize analytics tools to generate detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and KPIs. 
    • Present findings and insights to internal stakeholders, making recommendations for improvement. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to align Paid strategies with overall business goals.  
    • Provide regular updates on campaign performance and recommendations for optimization. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on Google AdWords, LinkedIn, and Meta/Instagram Ads
  • In-depth knowledge of A/B testing tools and methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Google AdWords, LinkedIn, and Meta/Instagram Ads certifications are required
