Reelo Technologies is hiring for the role of Performance Marketing Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Plan, launch & manage ROI-focused campaigns across Google Search, Meta, Bing Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Adjust bids, test creatives, refine targeting, and maximize ROAS.
- Track and report campaign performance
- Make landing pages work harder to improve conversion rates.
- Crack YouTube Ads
- Stay ahead of the game—keep up with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads & YouTube Ads with a focus on revenue-driven results.
- Proven track record of hitting performance targets & scaling ad campaigns profitably.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Clarity.
- Experience optimizing for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and revenue growth.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with remarketing, display ads, automation tools, or video ad strategies.
