Performance Marketing Manager Job in Gurgaon at SBNRI

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and app store channels.
• Manage the customer acquisition funnel and monitor CAC, CPL, ROAS, and LTV.
• Run and scale lead generation campaigns targeting the global NRI audience.
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Leverage A/B testing to optimize creative, messaging, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.) to track performance and derive actionable insights.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Manage performance marketing budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI.
• Work directly with founders and leadership to align marketing with strategic goals.

Skills & Experience:

• 2–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth startups preferred).
• Proven success in lead generation and paid acquisition campaigns.
• Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and attribution tools.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in landing page optimization and funnel tracking.
• Prior experience with global audience targeting (especially NRIs) is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
