Titan is hiring for the role of Performance Marketing Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics (e.g., CPC, CPA, ROAS) to identify trends and insights.
• Conduct A/B tests to evaluate and improve campaign elements, including ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Assist in managing campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend to maximize ROI.
• Perform keyword research to identify opportunities for new campaigns and optimize existing ones.
• Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
• Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and benchmark our performance against competitors.
• Implement strategies to continuously improve campaign performance, focusing on conversion rate optimization and cost efficiency.
• Utilize various marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, or similar for campaign tracking and analysis.

Requirements:

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a high-performance environment
• Proficiency in using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and tools like Google Analytics 4 and SEMrush
• 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
