Flobiz is hiring for the role of Performance Marketing Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, and display networks.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization to improve campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign data to make data-driven decisions, optimize ad spend, and maximize ROI.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to enhance marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and marketing materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, analytics or related roles.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and advertising metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
