Performance Improvement & Restructuring Analyst Job in PAN India at Deloitte

Deloitte is hiring for the role of Performance Improvement & Restructuring Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Gather and analyze financial, operational, and market data to identify margin improvement opportunities and cost drivers.  
• Compare client performance against industry peers to highlight gaps and best practices. 
• Support the identification and quantification of potential margin improvement initiatives across revenue, cost, and operational levers. 
• Build and maintain models to estimate the impact of proposed initiatives on margins and overall profitability. 
• Prepare clear, concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams and client stakeholders.  
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress against transformation milestones and benefit targets. 
• Contribute to the design and implementation of tools, templates, and processes that support initiative tracking and value realization. 

Requirements:

• MBA is mandatory. Engineering undergrad is a plus but not mandatory 
• 1+ years of relevant experience for Analysts 
• Ability to measure and report value realization (e.g., cost savings, revenue uplift, efficiency gains). 
• Understanding of Direct vs. indirect costs, Labor productivity, Supply chain expenses, Capital investments etc.
• Ability to interpret financial statements, cost structures, and operational data with experience in basic statistics, and financial calculations.
