Performance, Control and Oversight Specialist - SVP (Hybrid working) Job in Mumbai at Citigroup

Citi is hiring for the position of Performance, Control and Oversight Specialist - SVP (Hybrid working)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support the Performance, Control and Oversight Lead in the oversight of program execution management and controls
• Develop a Program Management analytics and insights catalogue of descriptive and predictive measures to monitor and assess the controls and outcomes of program execution management activities
• Define and develop efficient processes across existing analytics platforms to optimize the user journey and experience of Business/Function-aligned program managers
• Work with Technology partners to enhance and automate MI reporting using analytical tools to help stakeholders uncover trends, themes and risks to execution
• Produce high quality MI reporting on PM performance and control metrics for COO leadership, Business/Function-aligned program managers, and Citi's Executive Management Team
• Partner with Business/Function-aligned program managers to ensure high-quality and on-time delivery of key program execution management information
• Maintain good recordkeeping including for internal audit purposes
• Dive into a wide array of challenging areas and demonstrate an ability to turnaround an issue quickly, working with stakeholders at various levels
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
• Deliver appropriate and effective communication that is fit for executive and regulatory audiences

Requirements:

• Prior experience in transformational and/or PM/PMO roles
• Significant experience delivering change successfully in large, complex financial institutions
• Management consulting, and high-intensity work experience highly desirable
• Strong understanding of PMO responsibilities and activities, particularly with those outlined as part of the PMO core functions
• Strong analytical skills and in depth experience in various analytical reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, MS Access, Python, Tableau, MicroStrategy, and other reporting packages)
• Track record of managing and working with a broad set of internal relationships
• Can work effectively in a team-based collaborative model
• Self-starter who brings a high sense of urgency to assignments and goals
• Comfortable with ambiguity and change
• Ability to quickly come up to speed on new topics and engage in the substance of the efforts at hand
• Well-developed listening skills and a strong ability to engage at the senior management level
• Articulate and effective communicator, both orally and in writing
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues/requests
• Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
