Performance Analyst Internship in Bangalore at Fluence

• Analyze data to gain a clear understanding of operational performance and trends from multiple perspectives, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Proactively identify process efficiency improvements, including refining processes, documentation, automation, and coordination with team members.
• Design, implement, and maintain reports, tools, performance dashboards, and presentations for both customers and internal stakeholders, incorporating intelligence from analytical findings or collaborating with subject matter experts.
• Measure performance against established operational targets.
• Support the development of the company's data infrastructure, including transforming operational data and providing input for scalable data management methods.
• Demonstrate attention to detail by conducting Quality Control (QC) and verifying data for accuracy and completeness before publishing materials to stakeholders.
• Support team members with both ad hoc and ongoing analytics and reporting requests.

Requirements:

• Possess 2+ years of knowledge in data transformation, data management, and ETL processes.
• Have 2+ years of experience documenting business and system requirements, processes, workflows, and test plans.
• Demonstrate 2 to 3+ years of working knowledge of Python.
• Showcase 2+ years of working knowledge in data visualization using tools like Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
• Contribute to more complex and detailed projects, including root cause analysis and gap analysis.
• Exhibit excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving ability, critical thinking skills, and creative/innovative thinking.
