Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Perform project tasks independently and occasionally supervise consultants/analysts.
• Lead project components with guidance from Manager/Sr. Manager/Director.
• Develop deliverables that meet client and contractual requirements.
• Anticipate client needs and propose solutions with proper guidance.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through high-quality work.
• Identify and resolve issues critical to clients’ strategic and operational success.
• Contribute to new business proposals and proposal development.
• Manage personal and professional development; expand consulting skills.
• Develop conclusions, insights, and recommendations.
• Create content for client presentations.
• Execute day-to-day project plans set by the Human Capital team lead.
• Provide implementation support where required.
• Contribute to internal practice-building initiatives.
• Demonstrate Deloitte core capabilities: inspiring leadership, strategic thinking, agility, collaboration, quality & risk management, analytical acumen, communication excellence, empathy, and change management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / PG Diploma / Master’s Degree in:
  Business, Economics, HR, Psychology, Sociology, IT, Hard Sciences, or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office; strong data modelling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to apply structured methodology, including design thinking.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Ability to work in hybrid mode with occasional travel to client sites.
• Ability to collaborate, influence stakeholders, manage change, and deliver high-quality output.
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to work in fast-paced consulting environments.
