Slice is hiring for the role of People Operations - Payroll and Compliance!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Leading end-to-end payroll, reporting, and compliance. Beyond everything, using your experience and knowledge of Indian Payroll, Labour Laws, and statutory regulations like PF, ESI, and TDS to ensure the workflow is smooth
- Automating payroll reporting & reconciliations. Coordinating with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure that payroll analysis and reconciliations are achieved on time
- Proactively analyzing the gaps in compliance and ensuring that these gaps are bridged to the fullest with the help of an external vendor
- Facilitate Audit related queries and follow-up on observations and closure
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree with specialization in HR field
- 2-4 years of experience as an HR Payroll and Compliance
- Exceptional technical understanding of payroll and compliance PAN India is a must
- Working on tools - Microsoft Office (Excel, docs), Google sheets, and docs
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, managing multiple priorities and deadline
