People Operations Associate Job in Gurgaon at Great Learning

Great Learning is hiring for role of People Operations!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Building and strengthening the delivery and execution of People Ops activities that enhance employee experience.
• Working on end-to-end exit management (exit interviews, exit clearance, FNF).
• Managing PIPs and grievances.
• Partner with other People Ops team members to support the execution of critical work cycles.
• Working on employee query handling for different processes (Reimbursement, referrals, etc.)
• Conducting and planning training, engagement sessions, Rewards & Recognition sessions etc.
• Working on data management.
