U&I Trust is hiring for the role of People Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Supporting the HR team through recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Acting as the bridge between management and employees, addressing demands, grievances, and concerns.
• Cultivating a vibrant and positive work environment.
• Keeping our HR policies and procedures fresh and relevant.
• Ideating & driving staff welfare initiatives.
• Keeping our internal HR databases up to date.
• Supporting the payroll department with essential employee information.
• Getting involved in planning and hosting exciting staff outings and in-office celebrations.
• Monitoring and procuring necessary office supplies.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of HR experience
• Attention to detail and organizational prowess
• A dash of creativity and the ability to think beyond the ordinary
• Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with an ethical compass
• Sharp critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• A team player attitude
• Masterful time and data management skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva
