Ericsson is hiring for the role of People Analytics GSSC(PYthon/R)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets could be effective for diagnosis and prediction.
• Engage with business units (customer units, domains, and other support functions in the MA) to translate the business plan into a workforce plan, continuously updated through regular tactical planning and ongoing calibration
• Proactively support our People Business Partners providing insights and reports to address business challenges through proactive reporting and developing insightful analytics.
• Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
• Design, develop, and maintain R/Python-based applications, libraries, and scripts for data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling purposes.
• Leverage and prepare reports and analytics that can make visible trends and data points that validate talent recommendations, identify areas of focus, demonstrate the impact of people data, and lead to informed decisions.
• Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources.
• Removing corrupted data and fixing coding errors and related problems

Requirements:

• Education qualification -Graduation Full Time.
• Must have at least 2-3 years of working experience in R/Python.
• Experience working on Microsoft Power BI will be an added advantage.
• Interpreting and exploring business problems using people's data.
• Build automated reports and dashboards.
• Flexibility, independence, drive, and resilience to perform successfully in a rapidly changing environment.
