Accenture is hiring for the role of People Advisor Senior Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Coordinating the performance achievement and promoting processes ensuring adherence to timelines and accurate and fair reward decisions.
• Coordinating with career counselors and managers to enable the implementation of performance improvement plans.
• Coaching and advising career counselors to ensure effective delivery of difficult messages.
• Reviewing the performance feedback for individuals within remit in order to anticipate and manage potential performance issues.
• Monitoring the personnel issues or situations.
• Communicating the company-wide initiatives to group support.
• Developing and distributing the reports on a regular basis and upon request.

Requirements:

• Postgraduate Human Resources Degree or related experience
• Hands-on employee relations experience is preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills along with Business and Industry knowledge
• Facilitation skills along with a good command of MS Excel
