Stats Perform is hiring for the role of People Administrator!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

  • Write contracts from agreed templates, ensuring contracts are sent and acknowledged by new starters. Send and retrieve all statutory self-attested documents and update relevant systems with the required information.
  • Prepare and send relevant employment letters to employees.
  • Respond promptly to all internal and external stakeholder queries professionally and accurately, ensuring customer service levels are maintained.
  • Ensure all HR hard copy and electronic personnel data are kept under HR retention and the General Data Protection Regulation.
  • Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure the HR database and systems are up to date and accurate.
  • Review and update both physical and digital archives.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties, including payroll functions.
  • Participate in HR projects to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Maintain a cordial approach with all departments liaised with.
  • Process and track vendor invoices, ensuring appropriate reconciliations are completed and payments are tracked through to completion.
  • Assist with annual renewal activities, particularly data auditing and raising Purchase Orders.
  • Work closely with payroll to manage monthly changes.
  • Manage employee-related queries raised in the ServiceNow portal, ensuring queries are distributed and dealt with promptly and within the required service level agreements.
  • Take a key role in process reviews and help enact change.
  • Build effective working relationships across internal departments.
  • Perform other relevant duties as delegated by the HR Shared Services Manager and Director.

Requirements:

  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Outlook.
  • Possess experience using an HR system; experience using Oracle is beneficial but not required.
  • Demonstrate experience in handling confidential information sensitively and appropriately.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR department.
  • Manage a high volume of work, and prioritize critical activities within tight timescales while maintaining high-quality work and excellent attention to detail.
  • Exhibit strong data analysis and data management skill sets.
  • Show strong attention to detail.
  • Display strong communication skills, particularly across a range of locations and time zones.
  • Possess IT skills, with strong proficiency in Excel and intermediate-level skills in Word and PowerPoint.
