Genpact is hiring for the position of PD - Record to Report (Generalist)
Responsibilities of the candidate:
- Assist in Month End Closing Process
- Assist in Reconciliations (Key & Non-Key)
- Assist in Standard & Recurring J/es (incl. Accruals, Prepaid, Deferrals, Leases)
- Assist in Nonstandard J/es (including Accruals, Prepaid, and Deferrals)
- Assist in Posting and Documenting and Tracking Approvals
- Assist in Recording Volumes and Finalizing Sl As
- Assist in Initial P&L Reviews (e.G. Trend Analyses)
- Assist in Detailed Reporting Analyses
- Assist in Audit Support
- Assist in Foreign Client Handling
Requirements of the candidate:
- B.Com
- Significant experience
- Proven experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing RTR Ops
- Good Written/Verbal Communication
- MS Excel Knowledge, Pivot, VLOOKUP,
- IT skills: ERP (PeopleSoft/SAP/Oracle/Workday Financial)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good written and verbal communication skills to communicate with external parties
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
