About this Job

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to assigned verticals, focusing on target accounts and high-potential segments.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities within each vertical to align with company goals.
  • Set and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for the vertical, ensuring consistent growth in sales volume and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders in target industries.
  • Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and proposals, showcasing the value and competitive advantages of PCG solutions.
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the verticals, leveraging market research, networking, and relationship-building techniques.
  • Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within assigned verticals.
  • Gather insights from customers and the industry to help guide product development and enhancements.
  • Work closely with product and marketing teams to develop value propositions and messaging that resonate with industry-specific clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to ensure that product offerings meet market requirements and client expectations.
  • Provide feedback on customer and market requirements to help shape product roadmaps.
  • Partner with sales enablement and training teams to ensure sales strategies are supported with resources and tools.

Qualifications

  • Strong industry knowledge in one or more target verticals such as healthcare, finance, manufacturing, or retail.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and securing high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
