PCG Sales Job in Delhi at Kotak Securities Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively manage a portfolio of HNI/corporate clients to achieve targeted Active AUM (Assets Under Management).
• Understand and assess client investment needs and risk appetite to provide personalized financial advice.
• Deliver timely market updates and portfolio reviews to clients based on macro/microeconomic changes.
• Ensure revenue generation through cross-selling and upselling, while maintaining focus on client profitability.
• Conduct regular client meetings and ensure they are logged in the meeting tracker.
• Maintain a client mining focus to increase wallet share and deepen existing relationships.
• Disseminate investment ideas, stock recommendations, and analyze annual reports for enhanced client engagement.
• Support new client acquisition efforts and build long-term, high-value relationships.
• Stay updated with market news, financial trends, and regulatory developments.
• Attend post-result conference calls, analyst meets, and other knowledge-enhancing events to improve service delivery.
• Leverage personal and professional networks to open quality accounts.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of the equity markets and investment products.
• Mandatory experience managing HNI and corporate clients.
