About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new high-net-worth clients through networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and offering customized investment and wealth management solutions.
  • Sales of Investment Products: Promote and sell a wide range of financial products, including mutual funds, equities, bonds, insurance products, and alternative investments tailored to the client’s profile.
  • Financial Planning and Advisory: Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive financial plans that address their short-term and long-term goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional financial services such as estate planning, tax advisory, and retirement planning.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, economic indicators, and new financial products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements while maintaining a high standard of ethical sales practices.
  • Reporting: Track sales performance, provide regular updates on client activities, and meet or exceed sales targets and business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth management solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality.
