About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives to deliver personalized advice.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that encompass investment management, retirement planning, estate planning, tax strategies, and risk management.
  • Investment Management: Provide clients with investment recommendations based on their risk tolerance, time horizon, and financial goals. Monitor and adjust portfolios as needed to ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Estate and Legacy Planning: Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including trust and estate administration, charitable giving, and wealth transfer to future generations.
  • Tax Planning: Collaborate with tax professionals to develop tax-efficient strategies that maximize client wealth while minimizing tax liabilities.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in clients’ financial portfolios and recommend appropriate insurance products or strategies to mitigate those risks.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking, attending events, and leveraging referrals from existing clients.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client accounts.
  • Continuous Education: Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to provide clients with informed and relevant advice.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other financial professionals, including tax advisors, estate planners, and portfolio managers, to deliver a holistic approach to wealth management.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) are highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Deep understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and wealth management.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM tools.
