AKMV Consultants Pvt Ltd is hiring for the role of Payroll Processing Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage and oversee the entire payroll process for temporary staff.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.
  
• Handle TDS calculations and filings in compliance with government regulations.
  
• Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to payroll and staffing.
  
• Stay updated on labour laws, tax regulations, and other relevant legislation.
  
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  
• Manage relationships with government bodies and agencies for compliance-related matters.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding payroll matters.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their payroll requirements and ensure compliance with their policies.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on payroll status and issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
•  2-4 years of experience in payroll processing, temporary staffing, or related roles.
  
  Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
  
• Proficiency in handling TDS and other tax-related matters.
  
• Excellent understanding of labour laws and compliance requirements.
  
• Familiarity with compensation management and structures.
  
• Experience in managing government business processes.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
