PepsiCo is hiring for the role of Payroll Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage X-Charge for Location employees and Home/Host employees
- Ensure timely billing, monthly recon and recovery from counterparty.
- Coordinate with HR Ops & HRBP for resolution of recon issues
- Manage F&F, including F&F MIS Visibility
- TDS – Salary compliance & quarterly filings
- Form 16 & related compliances – including those of Trust
Requirements:
- Control & Reporting experience of 2-3 years
- CA or CMA certification required
- Strong people/stakeholder management skills
- Customer orientation addresses issues and queries satisfactorily in a timely manner, effectively decides when to escalate
