Ericsson is hiring for the role of - Officer Payroll!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Handle large data base (MIS, Dashboard), Stakeholder Management, Sox Compliance.
- Support in Payroll & employee taxation.
- Help in process Automation and Payroll Transition,Tool Administration & Compliance.
- Exit Management system (Former Employees), Employee taxation and Gratuity.
Statutory compliances, Bonus calculations, Driving Simplification and process improvement. - Payroll processing, Post payroll reporting & Post payroll submissions.
- Input collation and input validation.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably within Human Resources or demonstrable experience within required area
- Presentation and communication skills!
- Analytical skills and financial acuity.
