Elfonze Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the role of Payroll Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Process end-to-end payroll activities accurately and on time.
- Validate and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Handle payroll inputs and outputs, tax deductions, benefits, and statutory compliance.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Support audits and respond to payroll-related queries from employees.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and data privacy regulations.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in Payroll Processing.
- Working knowledge of Oracle, SAP, or Workday payroll modules
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
