About this Job
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and verify timekeeping information
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and other HR matters
- Support the HR team in the recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and new employee orientations
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling and tracking employee attendance
